My guess would be that any employer, possibly not even your current employer, could use any photos of this type of activity to establish the fact that you, or a certain friend, do indeed drink alcoholic beverages. Remember...that photo is only a "snapshot in time", and what could have happened two hours after the photo was taken, may not necessarily have been posted for obvious reasons. I wouldn't give any employer a reason to "wonder" about something!
