You should def go and see the new guy. Word of advice. Screw the ex. Dont forget about the reason you and him are not together. Something went wrong and you ended it. If it didn't work the first time it will not the second. Also when i studied abroad I would go stay in a hostel for a night and meet all kinds of people to hang out with. Good luck.... the ex sucks. Dont take him back
