how can i delete all my information from the Map app on facebook and completely turn it off and block it?

you can remove the map for your favorites by clicking on the little arrow thing to the right of your favorites

but all your locations will still show in the items they are tagged in.... so the only way to remove that is to go thru each item one by one and delete them
