Sounds like he might be interested in you. However keep in mind that people who have a service job meet a lot of people at work, and may prefer to keep work and private life separate.

Anyway, unless one of you makes a move, you won't really know. Since you are already stalking him on facebook, why not send him a message there? Try to get a conversation going there and then see how things develop.
