BHM is important. Those adults kidnapped from the African coast, bundled into waiting galleys (though they are called ships) like cattle were shipped to a land several thousand miles away across an Ocean unknown to them.
Just imagine how they must have felt, with no proper clothing on their body, none responding to their pleas, entreaties, crying or screaming as none understood their language. How much bewildered they must have felt not knowing that they would never ever see their home or village again! Left to their fate even when they are retching, urinating or sh***ing.
