Ugh twitter problem!?

Now you learned your lesson. lol. okay first of all, you should always ignore this kind of messages. Try going to Settings -> Apps and perhaps they connected with you because you approved them. All you have to do is click "Revoke Access" if it is there. If you have any more questions just contact me. If it does not work, just make a new twitter account and never click on this kinds of messages again.
