It sounds like you have installed a rogue application known as "adware" for a list of known programs that insert ads into your facebook page, go here: https://www.facebook.com/help/?faq=225507867498721
you just need to uninstall the rogue programs and the ads will go away. if the programs are hard to remove, try a spyware/adware removal program.
