Ok I have a question for both Girls and Guy, How do I just be friends with a sex crazed maniac?

I have this friend and he is 38 and he is an old acquittance from junior high. Recently I added him on my facebook through a mutual friend. From there he sent me a message saying that we should hook-up. So eventually we went out and he explained his situation and said that he has 2 women and they have 5 kids together and they all live together. He also told me that he and his two women all sleep together and have sex with each regularly. Then he invited me to be a part of the sex group action . Mind you he is well off financially with businesses and he provides work and income to his women by having them work for him as his secretaries handling his businesses. He asked me to think about being bisexual. A few days later, I asked him if he could just be my friend but he said no. So now I am trying to figure out how to be friends with him without having any sexual contact. He comes over my place and is practically all over me. So I usually end up telling him to leave because he gets way too aggressive with trying to rip my clothes off. So I have been just trying to be his friend by only talking to him on the phone but he always ask if he should come over. I like him as a friend because hes valuable in business with his business advice. To explain, I have my own business but my other guy friends are not business minded. So it was nice have my old Childhood friend around for business reasons and not sexual. So my question is, how do I go about just making him a platonic friend and get him to see me only as a hands-off friend?
