i very much doubt this guy can be tamed. to get business advice from him, you'll have to continue putting up with his aggressive behaviour. take a second look at his situation. does it look like he'll ever change his attitude towards women? my advice would be to steer clear of him. don't let him get you into something you might regret because he gives you advice every now and again. he thinks that's his ticket!
