First get firefox, more relliable than chrome and IE


then Get a pop-up blocker theres a good one right here~~~https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/adblock-plus-pop-up-addon/


If you still have adds they are probably built in to those sites and if so theres nothing you can do but hack into them and diisable the add system witch probobly wont work out to well
