I added the former Minister of Immigration on Facebook and he won't add me why?
I was watching Canadian Parliament legislative debates from 1991 and I saw the Canadian Minister of Immigration so I searched him on Facebook and he had a profile with only about 150 friends or so and added him and he reject me.
