i have a friend like this.. the best you can do is get her help. even if she doesn't seem like she wants it... she actually does (ik from my own experiences) it sounds to me like she might be depressed or even cutting her self. do not try to get to involved because your not a therapist and its too much for u (once again personal experience) but you should get her help ASAP!! that's all i ca rnlly say... but by posting that she is crying out for help.
