you are a 15 year old boy, and you have a crush on a guy? so you are gay right? and your called a sissy? So maybe you are just more feminine. Be happy being yourself. If you are passive, thats fine. If someone tries to pick a fight and you ignore them, then you're the better person. You dont have to completely change your personality to be "cool". Just be you, be happy, and confident. I know it can be hard to be confident in yourself when you are a gay teenager. Just try to be around people who accept you, and are more like you. Be proud of who you are, and dont try to be someone else so people will accept you.
