Use hashtags that relate to the photo (example: you post a photo of the setting sun. write #sunset #beautiful ect. in your caption). More people will visit the hashtags and visit your page. If they like it, they'll like and follow.
And then there's S4S, or shout-out for shout-out. On your photos, you'd say "follow @exampleone" and then they would post "follow @yourusername" on their photo.
And lastly, show a bit of variety in your photos.
