Should I stop being friends with her...?

There's this girl who i've had the best of times with. we have the best jokes, best sleepovers, best nicknames, best relationship. as a pair, we're funny and we get along and it's amazing. i love her to pieces.

however, lately she's been getting on my nerves. we just started highschool and she's on the dance team, and she's super braggy about it. that and softball. she acts like her sports are better than mine. Of course, weight lifting, running, golf and basketball 7x a week are just casual pastimes, right? oh, and my 10 year long piano career? just a hobby. not POSSIBLY as important as how she spends HER time. thats the impression a lot of our friends get from her, especially me. she thinks she's superior. all her pictures on facebook lately are of her dance friends. she wants to use them to get popualr, and it's working.

she kind of has been treating me worse lately. she's been treating me less like best friends should. i love her, but i wish she'd show that she loves me a little more publicly like her dance friends.

i feel like she acts like SUCH a nerd (cause she is one) at times, but if i do it back i'm a total dork.

if i interrupt her, i'm a selfish bitch, but she never stops interrupting me.

if i get my shoes complimented, she has to say, "I HAVE THOSE TOO." and pouts.

she drops something and pouts for two hours because it's broken and nobody's comforting her.

she accidentally jams her elbow on a table? moans and groans for half an hour while others are suffering worse injuries.

she tries to tell a group of girls with family drama, abuse, and anxiety disorders how HORRIBLE her life is because her dad threatened to take away her fancy cell phone.

she's full of herself and i'm sick of it.

she acts like a little dramatic brat sometimes.

oh, and i forgot to mention that I'm confident, but she's literally society's concept of perfection and it's hard to be around that all the time when she's such a show off about how amazing she thinks she is.

YEAH, this is basically a rant. but what would you do in this situation? deal with her? wait it out? tell her to have fun with her dance friends see ya never? AHHHHH
and i dont mean to sound overdramatic, i'm just getting fed up with her. i want a little space, but i dont want to damage a friendship
