Holy fuck I just read all of that. Anyways I normally would try to say to try to re-connect, but you are now in the transition from middle school to high school. I still recommend trying, but there is a big chance you will have completely different friends by senior year. So try to re-connect, but don't be desperate and if she has none of it, just drop it and find new friends, that you could imagine being friends for 4 years and beyond. If she tries to re-connect, just do, but don't try to become best friends again.
