VERY Awkward situation help!?

Okay so i have a boyfriend that i am completely obsessed with and i think i love him and i also have this best guy friend that i have known all my life like since i was 6 years old and tonight he just told me he liked me more than a friend and has for a long time like longer than me and my boyfriend have been dating and i feel really bad because i dont think of him this way and i want to stay friends i feel so bad for him he said im his only friend! and he texts me all the time and i dont wanna be mean and not reply because i still wanna be friends with him but he is sorta getting annoying.. and also he had a tweet on twitter that said "i wish i could send her a good morning beautiful text but shes taken" and i asked if it was about me and it was.. seriously what should i do?
