She sounds seriously depressed, like something's going on at school. Someone was probably cyber bullying her and she no longer feels safe. The fact that she said, "I need to start early so I don't feel bad later" makes me think that she's contemplating suicide-or that she's already decided that she is going to commit suicide. What you need to do is talk to her and ask her what she wants to do. Offer her the option of going to another school, one that can take better care of her than her current school. Also, make sure you get her to TALK to some one. She needs some one to care. Help her.
