Definitely sounds like a major problem. Pulling away like that can be a sign if bulling. I dont know your personal preferences but seeking professional help could ne helpful here. Sometimes opening up to parents is hard and shameful. Its better to get help now so it dosent develop into another problem further down the road..which it sounds like thats something your already leery of with the cutting. If ahe is in fact cutting i recommended help asap...self mutilating is a terrible sign and a cry for help. Good luck i truly hope for the best for you and your daughter
