Tips on stopping my own obsessive thoughts?
Basically, I'm seeing this guy,and recently I've noticed an increase in the amount of time he's on my mind. I check my facebook to see if he's online, constantly and go on his profile all the time, constantly want to talk to him or be around him, he's in my dreams often, if he goes a day without talking to me I get kinda depressed. I don't tell him any of this since it freaks even me out, I can only imagine how it would make him feel. I don't like that he's on my mind nearly 24/7, I'd kinda like a bit of peace in my own head y'know. I'd like to have a more normal, healthy look on the relationship.

Now I do actually have a feeling for why I'm being kind of obsessive. 1. Prior to this I was in a long distant relationship where I'd talk to/skype the guy nearly all day, since neither of us had anything better to do anyway, so I'm used to constant communication. 2. I'm getting clingy since he's an emotional comfort through my pretty screwed up family troubles right now. So anyway, are there any things I could do to try and sort of get some more control over my head here? I'm not normally this way in a relationship and it's freaking me out.
