Be strong! It was so wrong of your 'friends' to do that to you, but you can't let them win. Don't let other people's crap bring you down! Why not take an art class (outside of school) and meet new people with the same kind of interests you have.
Can you ask to change schools? I know you think your mom doesn't care, but she probably does. Ask if you can go out to dinner together and talk some of this out. Ask her to listen to you with an open mind.
Don't like glasses? Try a different style or maybe contacts.
A real councilor might be better than a school councilor. The ones at school may be biased because they know the other teacher.
You're doing your best, and that's all anyone can ask for.
