Go to the "Privacy Settings" menu, by clicking on the "Account" link in the top right corner of any Facebook screen.

2
Click on the "Customize Settings" link.

3
Scroll down to the "Things others share" section of the page. Click on the "Edit Settings" icon next to "Photos and videos I'm tagged in."

4
Click the gray icon next to "Who can see photos and videos I'm tagged in" that states your current privacy setting. A drop-down menu will appear, from which you can select a new privacy setting. The available privacy settings are "Everyone," "Friends of Friends," "Friends" or "Customize." If you choose customize, a new window appears where you can enter the names of specific people to grant or deny access to. You may also select "Only Me" from the drop-down menu on the customize page to keep all other users from seeing tagged photos.

5
Click "Save Settings" at the bottom of the customize window, if applicable. If you select between "Everyone," "Friends of Friends" and "Friends," simply clicking on the new rating saves it to your profile.
