You can't "make" anyone stop doing anything. There is a such thing as freedom of speech. The only way you could stop her would be if you sued her but this would cost you money and you would have to prove that her words were slanderous, untrue or that they harmed you physically, mentally or financially. That is a LOT of trouble to go through for some immature person who is talking crap.

The problem with "social" networks like facebook, twitter and things like that, is that they are NOT really social at all. For as much as the internet brings people together, when you live life in a facebook page, you miss out on real life. It ALSO means that any rude person who hates you can see what you are doing. Don't think un-friending people will fix this. People can make up fake names, use other peoples passwords or hack into your account.

Basically a "social" network is a bunch of bored people behind a computer screen. It is much easier to talk crap with a keyboard than it is to tell the person to their face. People who do this are cowards. If you want to invite cowardly douche bags into your life who insult you online, use Facebook regularly and you will find a TON of them.

Winners are out in the REAL world making friends, living life and talking to actual people. It is fine to use Facebook to promote your business or to stay in touch with friends and family BUT when you start letting Facebook comments have an effect on your happiness, maybe you need new friends OR maybe you need to log OUT of Facebook for a while and log back INTO real life.

Losers exist everywhere and that is life. But when you choose to put your personal information in a public place, people will leave nasty comments. If you don't like it, stop using Facebook. Especially if you are self conscious about your looks, maybe posting photos online isn't a good idea. Even really attractive people sometimes get nasty comments from haters. If you don't want nasty comments online, PROTECT YOUR PRIVACY! It is that simple. Best of luck!
