Try Instagram Smile. It's down right now, but hopefully it's back up soon.
All you'll have to do is:
1.) download the app
2.)make an account
3.)go to your settings and enable Facebook sharing
4.) tap the middle button that's in the bottom (that will bring up the camera, so you can take a picture)
5.) instead of taking a picture, press the button that looks like a square on top of a square in order to upload a picture.
