I dont know what to do. Im so upset?

You know what you have to do, you just aren't doing it.
There isn't much anybody on Y!A can do for you. We
can't go do your club work, we can't go to class, we
can't study and take your exams. Only you can do these
things. So when you are doing things you know that you
shouldn't be, stop - and get back in the groove. lt's called
discipline - nothing magical about it, it just requires that
you start being responsible for your actions, and accountable
to yourself.

Maybe next yr, if there is one, you should pay for your own
schooling. l am sure when you have to come up with thousands
of dollars, rent, food books out of your own pockets, you would
be much more motivated. Nothing like money to get people
going. After all, how are you going to explain wasting probably
$30,000 of your parent's money watching youtube? You could have
stayed home and done that for free.
