What is a safe, fast proxy browser for Facebook?

There is no safe proxy browser.

By using a proxy browser you're giving the operator of the proxy browser access to every piece of information you send to facebook including your user name and password.

Proxy browsers are usually used when you want to bypass security restrictions in somewhere like a place of work.

Be aware, that not only are you risking someone hacking your facebook account, I guarantee that, if it is your work that you're trying to use the proxy browser in, they can see what you're doing and they'll be able to track exactly what you do.
Proxy browsers are a huge security risk and most places will watch for people using them.

The best suggestion is to only use facebook directly in a browser like firefox or internet explorer from a computer that is your own.
Alternatively, use an iPhone or something similar.
