if you are seeing the same adds everywhere you may have some kind of mallware or another kind of virus.

get in, clean up.

some good cleanup/scanners to get you back up:

google combofix
wise registry cleaner free http://www.wisecleaner.com/wiseregistrycleanerfree.html (run afterwards)

(these are all free. )
