How do i get the top friends application onto my facebook profile?

Get to the application's settings and add a box to your profile (Settings>Application Settings>Top Friends....Edit Settings>Profile).

Click the boxes tab on your profile page, click on the little pencil icon in the Top Friends box and select "Move to Wall".
