Did he really make it THAT obvious?

We were good friends.We would spend hours talking on facebook, sending each other videos taking turns starting the conversation. We would have our own private jokes that we don't tell anyone. He would stand up for me. We would sit beside each other in classes. We would stand to the side in pe and talk instead. We would always end up walking away from other people when we were in big groups so we could talk more privately. He would call me his best friend. We would share just about anything. But did he make it obvious he liked me? My friends said they could tell but I thought we were just friends until he told me. I hadn't a clue. But we're going out now so yay
