Galaxy S3. Better processor, better battery, faster data and WiFi speeds, big screen is great for games, and it has loads of new features like S-Voice, a Auto competitor that performs pretty well. You can also upgrade to Android 4.1 Jellybean operating system that eliminates lag and you get Google Now, which is similar to Siri and S-Voice, but is more intelligent. For example, it'll tell you traffic when you leave your house and prepare in alternative route for you.
