Why are my Facebook photos not publishing to the news feed at all anymore?

Are they showing up on your timeline, and are they showing up in your album? If they are, then your friends can see them in their news feed, even though you can't. Sometimes you can't see your own photos in the news feed, but you can see them on your timeline. Does that make sense?
