how to delete external apps in Facebook in my account?? kindly help me?

Login to your Facebook account from a PC. On the left panel of your news feed you'll notice few things like Messages, Events, Friends...
And below it you'll see all the apps you've allowed to access your account information. On the left side of the app name you'll notice a small "x". Click on it to remove the app from your profile.
