You really need to get lots of followers so you can make the celebrities catch their eye on your twitter.Make new stranger friends on twitter that like the same thing as you. Like if you made a twitter "BieberRulesEarth" and someone has a twitter "GalaxyBiebs" be their friend! You can communicate through twitter then make a huge army like the #teambieber or #bieberarmy. That's what people do and celebrities follow them because they appreciate what you did for them. And make a fan page for them and tell your twitter friends that you made a page and spread the word so then the celebrity sees it, and sees that you really are a true fan and you appreciate what they do.
