It's a chain letter. Zuckerberg would never personally send a letter out like this. He has enough money to pay other people to do it for him. Besides that, why would he? The more people on Facebook the better. Facebook is paid for by advertising, not to mention data mining. Why would anyone in advertising want fewer people to read their advertisements or to have fewer peoples information to sell.
