Why would someone hide his friends on facebook ?

I've hidden all my friends from each other.

My settings are *Only i can see my friends list*

In my case what prompted me is :- there was and still are. two certain sisters in my friends list that were not getting on so i had one of them private inboxing me to delete the other trying to stick my head in their stupid bitchy war.

I had no intention of deleting either of them so i hid them from each other and now neither are any the wiser to who's in my friends list. They cannot see each other so i'm happy with that.

There is of course the reason of just wanting privacy settings up high without any other ulterior reason involved.
