My parents are JERKS, PLEASE HELP?

<ps im 13 bout to be 14> First, They do not allow me to express myself. No ear piercings, only one lobe. No hair dye, even temporary stuff. And they closely monitor how much makeup I wear. And up until last year they wouldn't let me straighten my hair. And they limit how I dress. For example, they do not let me wear band tshirts to school or pretty much anywhere except around the house. And they won't let me buy or wear certain types of shoes just because they don't like them. Also, my style has been going in a little of a scene direction and they go out of their way to tell me how stupid it looks. And last year, I had a very eclectic style and they always said I looked like a "goth queen at a flea market". No back to the hair dye, ALL the girls at my school are aloud to dye their hair. And most of them have more ear piercings then me. One girl has a belly-ring, and another has a nose stud (this girl is also about to get her tragus and snug pierced). Everyone at school gets to express themselves in all these different ways and I cant at all! They blame it on the school I go to and they think that everyone there has "too much money and too much time". But they are the ones that make me go to that school! (even though it costs them $10,000 a year) Also, they blame everything on me! When my friend dropped my phone, it was my fault for letting her touch it. Whenever my puppy has an accident, its my fault, even if they are watching her, its still my fault. And they always overreact. One time, I told a little white lie to avoid them freaking out (i know i shouldn't have but hey,I'm human) but my dad overreacted and screamed at me how i have "no conscience". Now I go to a religious school, so we get religion class and we had been studying people with no conscience and that would put me in the same category as Hitler. And they are always talking about how I'm always in a "bad mood". Also, they drag me to church EVERY WEEK. And they forced me to be an acolyte, which i HATE. I listen to Marilyn Manson, and they know, so now they are trying to make sure I stay religious forever, but the more thy force me to go to church, the more i HATE it. They are smothering me with all their ideas. They even keep trying to set me up with this boy from church. They're a bit subtle about it, but they need to stop. They have nice moments, but whenever I ask for ANYTHING they always go into jerk mode. Sometimes they even take away my computer just for asking for things. And they don't let me go to ANY concerts unless its something they like, like the Katy Perry concert they took me too early last year. Also, they never think I'm good enough. If I get a B+ on a test, they yell at me because its not an A. They force me to stay in Honor classes even though I HATE it and Honors Math is VERY hard for me. I've also been asking them to send me to public school, and they won't let me even though it would save them A LOT of money. But, when I ask to go to Wheeler, which is $30,000 a year they actually said maybe! They are both teachers, they do NOT have the money for a school like that, I was just asking because I was curious what they would say. Also, they are ALWAYS invading my privacy. They ask me EVERY day who I hung out with that day. And, they always examine my Facebook and ask me about EVERY little thing. I have twitter and instagram that they don't don't know about yet, but if they knew about them I'd be dead. Also, my friends and I have a little dream of being rockstars, we really want it but we know its not likely to happen, we just like to hope for it, but my parents constantly go out of their way to say how much i suck at singing. I seriously consider running away. I know how dumb that would be, but sometimes it seems like a better, more fun, happier option. What can I do? I'm sick of them being such @ssholes!
No, it is normal to be allowed to dye hair at my age. EVERYONE at my school is allowed to!
