Complicated Girl issue, anyone?

So, I’ve know this girl since a long long time, and, weused to meet every day after college, there wasn’t any ‘school’ day that we didn’t talk. We liked being together, a lot.
BUT!! I never asked her her number, we only used to talk on Facebook. But then, last year, I was going through my Exams, and I deactivated my account and concentrated on my studies, before doing so, She tried to make the move, but I rejected it and said that being only friends was the best thing for us, now.
And still, 7 long months later, I met her again.
{FYI: I still no longer use Facebook, I think it’s better not to break my streak...}
Anyways, I met her again today. We had a weird short conversation. I thought that we’d get back together with time, but I think that I screwed it up. I asked her number. I told her to add her number in my phonebook. But she didn’t add to contacts, instead she just rote it in Dial. Which prompted us to our last conversation. First she remarked, smilingly, “Hey, I’ve got the same phone.”
I didn’t say a word.
Then upon noticing that she just wrote the number in speed dial, I questioned her, and once again She responded smilingly, “Well, you can save it yourself, can’t you?
And she left...
After 7 months, I clearly thought that she’d be mad and not even talk to me, but it was really astounding.
I’ve got a few questions, How am I supposed to text her, I mean I just can’t say “Hi” or “Hey”, It would sound lame after what I did.
And secondly, what am I supposed to deduce from this “tiny” conversation, did she forget about what happened?
Did she forgive me?
Or She just talked to me, just out of friendship?
AND PLEASE THE FIRST QUESTION IS MORE IMPORTANT I HAVE TO TALK TO HER TODAY ITSELF IF I WANT THINGS TO KICK-START BETWEEN US.
