You're really over thinking all of this. You can easily get over him considering you've never had an intimate relationship with him and that you've never met him. The only thing that's keeping you from not moving on, is yourself. Keep yourself busy with school and friends and before you know it, you wont be thinking about him anymore. Even if his words still stick in your head, use them as motivation to prove him wrong and be strong to move on. Good luck!
