Why can't I send an e-mail from my alias?

It appears you have taken the proper steps and I have no solution myself. If the email address does not display when you click on the down arrow on the right side of the FM line when you are creating an email...I have no clue.

The only option I have ... other than what is below is to go to the sign in page....enter the user name
and then click on I CAN'T ACCESS MY ACCOUNT that is located on your sign in screen
One of your options is " I have a problem with my password". Place a dot in the circle to the left of it .. click on NEXT and follow the prompts...

For some problems only Yahoo can resolve them....this seems to be one of them.
