yahoo deleted my contacts?

I'm not sure why you're upset. You agreed to Yahoo's TOS when you created your account and one of them was that they can update their systems as they see fit. Yahoo performs periodic maintenance and one of these actions is to remove any invalid email addresses from any address books they reside in. They send you an email when they do to inform you of the changes that were made. They also offer to restore these deleted contacts but you must submit a Yahoo Contact Restore form within 10 days of the deletion or they will be lost permanently.
