When you follow people, you could ask them to check out your blog and then that way, they may choose to follow you back. And reblogging alot helps Smile
You can also promote your blog more by going on this website http://tumblrplug.com/ this website is great cos you can find blogs that are similar to yours and there will be more chance of someone with a similar blog to yours following you.
You could also go on this tumblr blog promoting website tumblrpromos.com
you will gain a lot of followers on that.
