People are into drama and the next scandal. Whenever they hear that the once-Disney star is riding a wrecking ball nude, they're going to look and listen. Sure, it's annoying because it isn't anything new. People have taken of their clothes for attention for fame plenty of times before, but people are still into shock-value.
