Can someone explain to me how the ACA is a success with all that is wrong with it?

The only way the ACA has been a success is that it has been the biggest step away from a free America and the biggest step towards socialism and also a crushed health care & economic system.

I laughed so hard when I saw a post on Facebook. It was a picture of a lady crying like a child and the quote was "I thought it was a good idea to make other people pay for my healthcare. Turns out, I was the other people.".
