How to change yahoo profile photos!?

I joined yahoo for a while and I want to change my yahoo profile photo, I really dont want the grey man photo. I went to my yahoo profile, clicked Change Pictures, then Upload Photo, but there's no use. I tried for many times, really disappointed.

I also tried other solutions that provided by other yahoo users. No use.
I checked, my profile is visible, not hidden. I tried go to Yahoo! Answers settings at http://answers.yahoo.com/my-activity > click edit my preferences near my current pic , then the problem occured, there is no next step. No changes.

I also tried to go to your Yahoo! Profile at http://profile.yahoo.com/ , click on the current avatar. click upload picture, but there is still no use. It seems that this function is failed.
