He is pis$ed, and his attitude is anger, so look to the reason(s) you two broke up, and address exactly your contribution to those reasons. Quite honestly, why try to reconcile attitudes when the guy doesn't like you. He is really angry, and it isn't fading, it is festering. You are being blamed in his estimation for wasting his time and rejecting his persona, for the relationship he believes he committed 100% to. In fact, he is acting much like a man scorned for being faithful and not sharing any reward, including no sex. You should just move on, and write him off.
