On thing is sure it is not trigeminal neuralgia, otherwise you would be in severe pain . What I think is happening is your anxiety is causing some thing called TMJ syndrome . This a stress syndrome which affects the tmj joint and also causes collateral sensation on the face , teeth and the head region . Check any tmj site , and also learn to destresser .
If it does not work try going to a dentist and get yourself a night guard . All the best .
