Well, I think that you should let it be. If it's meant to be it will happen. If you said something now, he might get angry and not want to be your friend anymore. Or maybe things would just get awkward. Either way, your friendship might be ruined. And if you just can't handle being around him and his boyfriend, then you have two options. Tell him, and expect to ruin the relationship, or just put distance between yourself. (Sidenote: In my past i've notice that doing things selfishly and impulsively tends to ruin friendships and puts you in a depressive mode. So if you really have to do something about I suggest you just put space between you two.)
