Why do I hate my birthday?

Every year it's the same, and it pisses off everyone I know. I even go as far as deleting Facebook statutes on my Timelines saying "happy birthday".

I don't mind celebrating other people's birthdays, but when it comes to my own, I just get really pissed off. It's probably because I don't like it how people celebrate and think my birthday is important.

I'm not some kind of emo or any gay shit like that.

I recently had my 16th birthday, I don't look my age due to my shortness, I'm mostly friends with people 1 year younger than me (I was put back a year at school at a very young age). And I get really pissed when someone is surprised by my age. Hope this helps...
