How to get this girl to like me?

If she is really outgoing and everything and won't be awkward if you call her pretty out of the blue she will take it as a complement. Guys are kinda douches now and days and don't come up to a girl and tell her she is beautiful. Girls wish guys could do this. This is what I recommend (btw it's not to late)
Go up to her in class and say can I talk to you for a second? Then say
"listen, I know that we don't talk so this maybe a awkward...
But I think you are so beautiful! and I really want to get to know you more.... (hand her your number or say add me on Facebook) we should text sometime. (:..." then stand there and see what she says(: good luck and don't be nervous this kinda stuff never goes awful.
The worst that could happen is you guys text and just stay friends
