Should I share show clothes with my friend?

Hey everybody, I need some opinions...
Ok so my friend and I and starting to show our horses and with show season coming up we are looking for clothes and such. So, a while ago we were planning out how to make showing simpler and we thought we could share show clothes!! Ok, good idea, because we are almost exactly the same size, I'm just a little smaller.
But, i thiught about it and began to not not really liking the idea of having to share thing that I would need to show a horse wi so,some who might need them on the same day as me, like if we both went to the same show and both needed the chaps for western, or we both needed the good velvet helmet for eng,ish, and so on and so forth, so I kind of dismissed the thought of sharing show clothes a long time ago, thinking she'd forget.
Well, now the topic has been brought up, and idk how to respond to her, bc she might take it the wrong way. She says it would be cheaper and simpler for us to do that. I say it might be hard to make sure we actually "share" them and make sure we each get them when we need them.

I'd like to know what u guys think and how I should tell her that I really just don't want to share show clothes with her. It's not that I don't trust her, I completely do. Does anyone have any other opinions ? Why you think it's a good/bad idea to share show clothes?
